OASIS ACADEMY HADLEY TO OPEN PRIMARY PHASE

We are delighted to announce that as of September 2010, Oasis Academy Hadley will become an all-through Academy, catering for Primary pupils in addition to the existing provision for Secondary and 6th Form students; September 2010 will see 60 reception places opened for local children, with spaces for Year 1 pupils available from September 2011

The Academy are also looking to provide transport for children from Ponders End, so they can enrol at the Academy and begin attending before the anticipated move to new buildings in September 2012.

Reception pupils at the Academy will be based in new accommodation to be built this year, and will have separate play areas from the rest of the Academy. However, the Primary phase will still hold the same status as the Secondary and 6th Form phases, all three working alongside one another to form one single Academy community, enjoying access to shared facilities such as the library and sports areas.

Once the Academy has moved to its new site, the Primary phase will progressively open up spaces for new Year groups until all spaces are full.

Lynne Dawes, Principal for Oasis Academy Hadley, said, "After a lot of hard work, we are very pleased to have the go-ahead from the Department for Children, Schools and Families. This announcement comes at an exciting time for Oasis Academy Hadley, and we are all looking forward to our first Primary pupils starting at the Academy.

Aye mate! And welcome to limbo! Problem: I have no idea what page you're trying to work on. You need to define a body ID in the template, then turn on the necessary rows and columns in layout.css. Arrrrgh!
