Exceptional Education at the Heart of the Community

Exceptional Education at the Heart of the Community

How to Apply

Oasis Academy Hadley is a fully inclusive all-through Academy, accepting children of all ability, of faith and no faith.

All places at the Academy are free and available to the local community within an admissions policy that follows the admissions arrangements for the London Borough of Enfield's schools.

We currently admit students into our two and three year old Nurseries, Reception to Year 13.

Applications for Nursery and Sixth Form should be made directly to the Academy.

Applications for places in Reception and Years 1 to 11 should be made to Enfield Local Authority via the LA website: www.new.enfield.gov.uk

Children do not move automatically from two year old to three year old Nursery or from three year old to Reception. Parents and Carers must complete the relevant application form.

Children already in Year 6 of the Academy at the time of secondary applications will transfer to Year 7.

Appeals

Parents/carers have the right of appeal to an Independent Appeal Panel if they are dissatisfied with an admission decision of the Academy. The Appeal Panel will be independent of the Academy. The arrangements for Appeals will be in line with the School Admission Appeals Code published by the Department of Education.

Appellants should contact Enfield Local Education Authority for information on how to appeal: enfield.school.admissions@enfield.gov.uk or telephone 020 8379 5501.

What do parents need to do if they require an appeal form?

  • Appeals forms can be collected from the Academy Office
  • Completed appeal forms must be returned to (Ms Broadbent, Admissions Officer, Oasis Academy Hadley).
