As part of National Careers Week, students across Oasis Academy Hadley have been exploring career pathways and industries.
We offer a careers programme to ready our students for life after education. Students who score high in career readiness typically secure the best outcomes (Careers and Enterprise Company, 2024).

Guest speakers from various industries visit our students in both Phase 1 and Phase 2. Film and TV director, Bruce Goodison paid a visit to sixth formers this week and shared his experience working in the entertainment industry.
The visit was especially useful for our A Level Film Studies and Media students.
Around the academy, we have asked staff to share their career pathways outside their classrooms to show what skills and jobs they've developed. Students can also interact with a Job Title Treasure Hunt activity and win a £20 voucher.
