Students at Oasis Academy Hadley celebrate and are ready for their next steps after achieving some great GCSE results

 

The wait for GCSE results is over as students across the country returned to school one final time to collect their grades, spirits are high for final year students at Oasis Academy Hadley, Enfield as they look forward to taking their next steps today after securing some great results.

A number of students have achieved superb individual results.

Ceydanur has secured 9s in all her subjects. She will be staying at Oasis Academy Hadley Sixth Form to study A-levels in Biology, Chemistry and Maths and would like to go on to university. Issa got a double 9 in Science and a 9 in Maths and an 8 in English and will be studying A-Levels in Economics, Maths and Physics here at Oasis Academy Hadley.

Speaking of their results Tianna said; “I am so happy with my results! I worked really hard, but I was still nervous coming here today and it was everything I’d hoped for”.

Zoe Thompson, Principal at Oasis Academy Hadley, commented on students’ success saying; “We are thrilled for our young people who have worked so hard for these results.  At Oasis Academy insert name we are passionate about giving our students the opportunities that they need to make great progress and flourish, and this year more of our students than ever are leaving us with the qualifications they need to take the next step towards a fulfilling career.”

Keith Riley, Head of Year 11 at Oasis Academy Hadley, added; “We are thrilled for all of our students on their results today – they have worked hard and reaped the rewards. We wish them all the best on their next steps, wherever that may be. Their achievements are an inspiration to the younger students of what can be achieved.”
