Students taking part in the High‑Performance Programme have spent the past 12 weeks developing their own business ideas from the ground up — and their hard work has truly paid off. Guided by programme founder Jude Brown, pupils have learned how to identify real‑world problems, design creative solutions, and prepare confident, professional pitches.
Teachers and senior leaders have been deeply impressed by the ambition, teamwork, and determination students have shown throughout the process. Many have commented on the maturity of the ideas, the quality of the presentations, and the commitment students demonstrated from the very first week.
The Launch Room has become a celebration of young people in Oasis Hadley taking ownership of their future, building skills that matter, and proving what they can achieve when they’re given the space to dream big.
