Y8 Melmania Enrichment - Fitness for Fun!
Fitness coach, Melvin Brewley, spoke to Year 8 students about the importance of fitness and staying active.

Some handy tips for having fun while staying active:
- Add some entertainment - You could create a playlist you love or listen to a podcast.
- Make it a game - Set yourself with a challenge and hit your targets.
- Ask others to join you - Studies have shown that we're mostly happier excercising with friends and family.
